Lore and storytelling plays a pivotal role in our creation. It is as vital as the imagery. 'Morthir' translates to 'Mainland' from Irish. A lot of the project is inspired by both the Scottish and Irish languages.

Morthir is a fascinatingly unique world of magic, wonder, and danger. It was constructed by the Ten Creators, who were aided by Their Workers. This creation was grueling, but what came of it was nothing other than Morthir. The world was created for The Inhabitants, who possess no knowledge of their purpose nor history. Monsters as well roam these lands, and just like The Inhabitants, contain intricate and riveting backgrounds of their very own. Everything is intertwined in what can only be described as an ever-evolving chaos. From cloud piercing mountains to oceans that know no depth, futuristic cities of genius to distant villages of warring clans; Welcome to Morthir.
No one knows of their origin, The Creators are responsible for every inch of the world of Morthir.
Each responsible for a specific 'human trait' such as greed, love, war for example. They sacrifice elements of their being when creating the world of Morthir. They are in full control. The Inhabitants are a result of their genetics and creation.
Built to serve. The Workers are conditioned to serve The Ten Creators in whichever way necessary.
Deranged and estranged, The Workers ensure The Creators have everything they need to manage the world of 'MORTHIR' and any other potential pursuits.
A small handful of strange and dangerous Monsters roam the Morthir plains searching for food and purpose.
These Monsters evolve from bizarre eggs scattered across the world. They evolve into their first physical form as small beings before becoming menacing full grown creatures.
These Ten Monsters were never part of the script, an anomaly. The Creators are aware of this risk however, its just part of the process.
The Inhabitants, the beings that roam the Mainland. Blind to their purpose and history.
